Everyone gets stressed from time to time. Different people feel stressed in different ways.
Try taking following advice when you are stressed.
Ask for help. When you need help, ask the people who care about you for help. Talk to
your parents or your teachers. And don’t forget about your friends. They may be worried
about the same test or have similar problems.
Don’t be angry! It’s easy to let your feelings out of order when you are upset. When you
feel unhappy, think about why you feel that way. Then, find a way to calm down (冷静).
Doing breathing exercises, listening to music or playing with a pet will help you feel better.
Don’t take it out on yourself. Sometimes when you are stressed or upset, you may take it
out on yourself. This is not a good idea. Remember that there are always people to help you.
Be kind to yourself and ask for help to get you through the difficult situation you are facing.
Try to solve the problem. After you calm down and get help from adults and friends, it’s
time to work out the problem. Although you can’t solve all of it, you may begin by solving a
piece of it.
Be positive. Most stress won’t last too long. Sometimes it will go away soon. If you can
stay positive, you will help yourself feel better.

provide students with hard-working spirit classes every week. Schools can also hold activities
to give students real-world work experience. For example, schools can teach children how to
plant trees on Tree Planting Day.
