It is said that people usually learn from their experience and the mistakes they make in their lives. This is correct because life teaches us what is correct to do and what is not.
Let's consider a mistake that one has made while trying to learn to drive. As a beginner, it is common to make mistakes, but after doing something wrong once, twice or three times, it is quite impossible to make the same mistake again. Everyone tries his best to improve their skills and they will be very pleased to notice that these improvements really happen.
On the other hand, being successful in everything, one can't know what failure means. He would always see only the best side of things and it would be hard to face the difficulties coming in the future. Here we can mention the fact of a very successful football player, who has been famous since the very beginning of his career. We have to admit that most of his luck comes from the great talent that he was born with. But some other players can also work to achieve the same thing because they make mistakes in their games and they learn from each mistake that they make.
In the end, we can say that one needs to make mistakes in life in order to realize better things. Of course, moments of happiness will come in return when we see the changes and improvements.

①“I'm going to fail!” My best friend cried. She and I had this conversation almost every day while we were in high school.
②The truth was that my friend never failed in any subjects. I just think that she can't accept failures because she lives her life as a perfectionist. What she fails to understand is that a lot of good can come from failures.
③For example, failure can help build relationships. Once I was cooking dinner for a friend. I was tired, and several dishes I tried to make turned out bad. I grew more and more upset until my friend told me that I shouldn't worry. She cared more about our friendship than the dishes. That day,I learned that failure doesn't always make people dislike you. In fact, after she said those words to me, I grew closer to her.
④ ▲ Every few years, there would be an important test in the PE class at our school. Students had to run a mile within eight minutes. I was never good at running, so I failed every time until the third year at school. Then I began working out regularly, and yet I still failed that year. A few days later, however, the teacher gave me and some other students another chance to run and l got a pass finally! You can't imagine how excited I was after that. I felt the memory of the success was as sweet as honey, because I had to overcome failure to reach it.
⑤Now it's clear to see that failure can teach us good lessons. It's not an end— it can be a beginning.

The dance style first appeared on the streets of New York in the 1970s. In the 1980s, breaking swept around the world when pop stars such as Michael Jackson danced it. Young people worldwide were crazy about such kind of dance style.
Over the past few years, there has been a talk that the Olympic Games have become less interesting to young people. The IOC is trying to make the Games more“youthful”, with sports that young people do in their free time. "We want to take sport to the youth, "said IOC President(主席) Thomas Bach.
To be added to the Olympics, a sport must be practised by men in at least 75 countries on four continents(洲) and by women in no fewer than 40 countries on three continents.
