Hot dry noodles are traditional food of Wuhan, Hubei Province. They have a history in Chinese food culture for many years. They are typical(典型的) breakfast food in Wuhan and are often sold on streets in other cities. Hot dry noodles can be served from 5:00 in the morning until midnight in Wuhan. In some snack shops, it is even served for 24 hours.
