Born in Austria without arms and legs, 30-year-old Nick Vujicic has become an international symbol of success. His inspiring You Tube videos have been watched over 100 million times. On the show Oprah’s Life Class, Nick talked about his road to self-acceptance.
For years, Nick was hated and laughed at. When he was ten years old, he even attempted suicide(自杀). After years of feeling worthless and lonely, Nick’s awakening came while reading an article about a disabled man who had refused to let physical limitations stop him. At that moment, Nick said he discovered the power to take control of his life --- and he has.
