Do some exercise. Exercise will put you in a more positive state of mind. By doing exercise,
you will feel sure of yourself. It is a lot better to do some exercise than just watching TV all day.
Have a good posture. The way a person holds himself says a lot about that person. People with sloped shoulders don't think of themselves as important. So stand up straight, shoulders back, keeping your head up, and always make eye contact. If so, you will feel you have the ability to do things well.
Pay attention to the way you walk. People who walk in a slow way looking at the ground
usually have no confidence in themselves, while people who have confidence in themselves walk faster. That is because they have important things to do, friends to meet, and places to go. So walk a little faster, head held up, looking straight ahead.
Do things that make you feel good about yourself. This can be anything that you really like doing such as going to the theater, listening to music, traveling, and helping someone out with a problem.
